Doug LeCours is a Brooklyn-based artist working across choreography, performance, and video. His work has been presented in NYC by AUNTS, Center for Performance Research, Chashama, New York Live Arts, and Underdonk Gallery, and nationally at Yeah Maybe Gallery (Minneapolis) and Satellite Art Show (Miami). He has held residencies at New York Live Arts (Fresh Tracks 2016-2017) and Chez Bushwick. His collaborations with Sara Gibbons as the performance duo Tall Girls Dancing have been seen at Brooklyn Arts Exchange and Movement Research at the Judson Church. His performance work includes projects by Paul Matteson, Keely Garfield, Ash R.T. Yergens, Shandoah Goldman, and Alexandra Beller. He is currently engaged in creative processes with Catherine Galasso, Julie Mayo, and RoseAnne Spradlin.
